Effective Leader
Being an effective leader is based upon ideas, but wont happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that catches there attention, engages them. To be an effective leader you have to be honest to your followers which gives them creditability, resulting in gaining there trust and confidence of their people. Good and effective leaders always keep there promises and do what they say. They would admit to there mistakes. They know if they hide their mistakes it may damage their creditability. An effective leader would always help its followers to achieve their goals and create a trusting and open environment.
I almost missed this post! I suggest adding some sort of multimedia to this one just to make it more appealing or to make it stand out!

ReplyDeletei am agreeing with the girls above. you need to include why an effective leader is good and how can you become one with point form objectives. take a re-look at your title.. might be better as Whats an effective leader?
